Ian
and Jo-Anne Cushon farm organically in south-eastern Sk., near the community
of Oxbow. Their farm is called Moose
Creek Organic farm. Organic farming is nothing new to the
Cushons.
When
Ian was growing up on the farm in the 1960s one of his neighbours, a fellow
from the United States, was already organic long before there were any
certifications. Ian’s father began going to conferences about organics
in the 1970s.
